Credit Check not performed on Fresh Order

Hi Guys

I have strange scenario looking for guidance.

Basically, I am testing on 03 environments where I am testing Credit Management on Fresh Customer.

On DEV unit testing client, when I create a new Customer with Credit Limit Maintained in FD32 with Risk Category. As soon as I create a fresh Order, system prompts of Static Check as the limit of Order has been exceeded with the limit assigned in FD32.

On QAS client, no issues, when I create a new Customer with Credit Limit Maintained in FD32 with Risk Category. As soon as I create a fresh Order, system prompts of Static Check as the limit of Order has been exceeded with the limit assigned in FD32.

Now comes the problem part, QAS client which is a copy of PRD, when I create a Fresh Customer with Credit Limit assigned in FD32 the system doesn't prompt that the Credit Limit has exceeded. It allows to create Delivery and Billing and when second order is created it then prompts that Sales Order has been exceeded with XXX limit.

One thing more in FD32, the Sale Value field gets updated once the Order has been released on DEV and QAS but doesn't do same on QAS (copy of PRD).

I have checked and compared the configuration but I am sure there is something missing.

the system doesn't prompt that the Credit Limit has exceeded.

Did you compare OVA8 settings in both the landscapes ?

strange...

in DEV and QAS the behavior is correct. The credit exposure should change once the order is released for credit.
