IMG help displayed blank

Hi,

IMG help documentation displayed blank in spro -> SAP reference IMG -> Documentation

We are using ECC 6.0 currently.

We could access help documentation in some other systems. We are facing a problem only in few systems.

We tried to reinstall the GUI client totally... but still the problem persists..

pls suggest....
