I have created one workflow which gets triggered when the document is created through FV60 . For this workflow I have created one table which stores the user id for approver . I have one step which gets the approver for the person who has parked the document . I have two levels of approval .
BY mistake one creatd person id is entered wrong for example instead of 001gthj
they have enterd 00Igthj . Because of this mistake my work flow step could not get the approvers ID . Now those documents are locked and wa are not able to post them . How to unlock those documennts .
