Transferring Data from SAP to Other Systems (FTP)

Hi Folks

Can u plese tell me the step by step procedure of Transfering INTERNAL TABLE to 3rd Party systems.

I know the function modules used here are :

1) HTTP_SCRAMBLE,

2) FTP_CONNECT,

3) FTP_R3_TO_SERVER,

4) FTP_DISCONNECT,

5) RFC_CONNECTION_CLOSE.

What is the significance and purpose behind the EACH Function Module and their PARAMETERS mentioned above.
