mrp type V1 and strategy 20

I have a scenario.

FERT str:20

ROH mrp type V1

ROH Maximum stock level:1000 Reorder Point:100 ROH stock:110

customer order:100

When I run MRP, for my ROH does not cosider customer order. Can you help me for that?

Hello

MRP should generate a planned order to cover the sales order requirement. Then the BOM is exploded and dependent requirements are generated for the raw materials.

However, if you are using a reorder point MRP type, dependent requirements are not considered. With reorder point, replenishment will be triggered whenever the stock falls below the reorder point, so the dependent requirements are not relevant.

If dependent requirements are not considered, how will my raw materials be consumed? How will it fall down? Sorry I didn't get it.
