I hav already define a Org Structure and Proj Role.I have staffed the resource under the proj role.Still i am getting the above error.

Hi Sarang,
Make sure you have done the following:
1. Collaboration Projects-> Connection to External Systems -> Accounting Integration -> Activate Integration
2. Collaboration Projects-> Connection to External Systems -> Accounting Integration -> Make General Settings
Sinlge Object Controliing on internal orders
3. Collaboration Projects-> Connection to External Systems -> Accounting Integration -> Define Cost/Revenue Rates
4. Collaboration Projects -> Resource Management -> Basic Settings for Project Roles-> Define Project Role Types
5. Collaboration Projects -> Structure -> Define Project Types

Reema.

Hi Sarang,
Under spro > Integration with Other mySap.com Components, get to cProjects > Controlling > Assign Cost Elements and Activity Types, see if the cost / revenue rates defined in cProjectes are replicating here. They are perhaps not - seems to me the reason why you get the message you mentioned.
Hi Reema,
I hav defined the Org unit by using transaction PPCOE. To that org i hav assigned a role as Proj Manager and i hav assigned user to it (defined as BP as employee).
This org unit i hav assigned in backend as suggested by BITTU along with activity type and cost element.
Am i correct? Can u give me step by step process of creating an Org Unit (if the above mentioned details r wrong)
Regards,
Sarang
