Problem in installing JAVA EE5

I am installing the JAVA EE 5 on my system .i have download the file from sdn ..

but it hangs some time on a pop up where saplogon.exe with a button of cancel and refresh...

No progress seemed...what are the software requirements for JAVA EE5.....

Is sdn is full of useless softwares ?can't sap even make simple demos ..
