Personnel Numbers

Hi,

If company is maintaining 4-5 personnel numbers does it effect the master data.

this personnel numbers are maintaining before SAP HR implementation.

my question is many personnel no.s can be maintained for one employee.do it effect the PA and OM module during implementation and after implementation.
