Highlight 'saved' changes in CR not working for custom CR Type

Hi,

This is for Create Material CR Type.

For standard CR type MAT01: Highlight 'saved' and 'unsaved' changes both are working fine.

But, for a custom rule-based CR type, highlight 'saved' changes is not working.

Any reason for this?

Hi ,

I think probably you might have missed the configuration of workflow stepss and HC checkbox enabled in the customization " Configure CR Properties " under process modelling.

Hi Pavan,

I have already done this for all the CR Types. That is why highlight changes in CR is working.

In case of custom CRs, 1. for create CR only unsaved changes gets highlighted.

2. for change CR both saved and unsaved gets highlighted.

Where as, in case of standard CRs, for all the CRs both saved and unsaved changes gets highlighted.
