unit in SDP94

Hello!

I define a KF ZK_NBJRPA with type quantity and unit "Days". The unit of measure of the parea is KG.

In SDP94 the ratio appears in KG (even if it is defined in "days"). Why? How can i put it in days in SDP94?

Morever, I have another KF with type Number. And this ratio appears without unit (not in KG). So, i could change the type of ZK_NBJRPA in Number (instead of quantity) to solve my issue. But i can't change this unit (maybe because the KF is use in ICubes).

Is there another way to solve my issue?

Thanks by advance,

regards,

Laurent B.

go to your planning area and check the KF deatils...there you have the option of selecting the indicator for UOM.If you select this indicator, products are displayed in their base unit of measure in interactive planning..If you dont give any thing, by default, PA UOM will be displayed for all KFs...

becareful here..you can not change the PA like anything..first you need to take the back up of PA, then de-intialize pA..then change the KF settings in PA..again initialize the PA

If its a calculated KF you can create an new Auxilliary KF in the Planning book . Here you can set the Unit of measure that you want to display as given below

since it is a ratio you seem to be calculating dont really need the UOM in the planing area. You can add this Kf into your data view and it will be no different from a KF from the PA

To do this:

In the planning book design /sapapo/sdb8b --> choose you planning book and go to the edit mode

In the Key Figure attributes tab, there is a flag called UOM from product master. Uncheck it. In the unit of measure field next to it, put the D (or days or whatever you have defined.

confirm if you want this to be extracted. there might be some issues there

BTW, which version are you on?? If yoou are on 5.0 you dont have to worry about reinitializing. You can right click and change PA.

I'm in 4.1.

Your idea is good.

I try it. I created an auxialiar key fig for my planning book with the good unit and it appears in days in SDP94.

I will also have to create a default macro to copy value from original KF to the calculated one. I will have to hide the original KF.

Thank you,
