"Process with error" when running a process chain for test

Hi, SAP Community!

I am actually working on an request from my customer who asked my to run a process chain for testing issues. My problem is that when trying to run the chain manually it gives me an error "Process with error" and does not want to start... Is there any way to solve it before writing to the customer back with some bad News?

1st Check if process chain is active or not. If not then activate it.

2nd, check the schedule option of the process chain. Select start immediately if by default it is not. Then try to run it.
