Hi all
I ve a doubt about tcode idx5. It is used for idoc monitoring. But wen i give the code in SAP GUI sometines instead of going to the idoc listing page it stays there itself showing : "RFC" at the bottom of the page. Is it coz of ny error?? But after sometime it starts workin again
Thanks

hmm.. not sure why you facing this issue. But this can happen when the system is overloaded / has some database level issues.
Check St 22 with user id as * and see if there are any dumps as to why IDX5 errorrs out.

You IDX5 is a t code that has a ABAP code running in the background. This would have raised some dumps in the background when you faced the error.
These dumps can be senn in the trasaction ST22. Go to t code St22 , give the appropriate time and make the user id as * and check if there is any dump. If there is what does it state. Contact your Basis team with thsi dump and ask them to take a look at it.
