Invalid password for CAL application SolMan 7.1 on cloud

Email exchange with Henry Fang

Hi ,

I created an instance on AWS and I am trying to connect to the Demo cloud system for SolMan 7.1. I am able to access to the system but it says that the password is no longer valid. Can you help me reset the password.

UserID: DDIC

password: ${master_password}

    Hello,

    Could you please specify the full name of the solution where DDIC password is not valid?

    The Solution name is :

    Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager on SAP Solution Manager 7.1

    Currently suspended.

    • Hello, what is the entire error message you see in GUI?

      Could you attach a screenshot?

      If it is "password logon no longer possible---too many failed attempts" you must reference how to unlock and change the password with SAP* user.

      Or just to terminate this instance and create a new one.
