Hi,
I defined some activities for Operation (T-code C203 -> Operations -> Standard values), like worker time or machine time, and I don't know to what quantity is that activities refer to? Is it Base Quantity or Operation Quantity?
Thanks for answer
LeoK
Hi LeoK,
The standard values, base qty and operation qty can be parameters of the formula. The calculation logic depends on the users' decision.
In customizing OP17, you can see standard parameter SAP_02, for which origin is 2: standard value in the operation; and SAP_08 is base qty; SAP_09 is operation qty. In a word, it doesn't matter if base qty or operation qty is referred by standard value, because the calculation logic is finally decided by formula.
A common formula for processing activity used by customer is like [SAP_02 * Operation qty / base qty]. For set up activity, it is the constant time when setting up machine, having nothing to do with qty, the formula is usually [SAP_01].
Best regards,
Jessica
