Program Error

I am trying to install Technical Content in BI 7.0 system for my Client Colgate Inc. in background, I ran the job RSTCC_ACTIVATE_ADMIN_COCKPIT in Background but it is getting cancelled

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE. I have all authorization as admin role. Please help me resolve the above with specifics as to what authorization i need since i already have the below

"S_RS_RDEMO" Authorization template. "SAP_RO_BCTRA_Role"

"SAP_BW_BI_ADMINISTRATOR
