Edit Query Sets in Extensibility Explorer C4C

Hello Community,

I would like to edit the query sets of the Opportunity, so that no matter which filter I choose in the UI, opportunities with an custom indicator do not get displayed.
But i am not able to edit the sets in the UI Designer > Controller > Queries, so how can I do this in the Extensibility Explorer?

I had to create new filters, save them and then make the old filters invisible via the Key User Tools.
