Transport fonts

Hi,

I had to create a script with large fonts(48 pts) which was not available in the system. I uploaded a font through se73 and everything worked fine. But when I transported to QA the fonts are appearing much smaller. I checked the transport and all the table entries for the new font has been transported. Have any one faced such an issue before? If so please help.

hi,

check for the font, it was installed for the printer driver in QA or not?

You have to check the compatibility with the printer for the fonts.

Fot this you may contact your basis team and check out.

Can you please check the same in SPAD transction code for printer settings,

Hi Naveen,

Thanks for the reply. I use the same printer from QA and DEV, the same script, but the results are different. I uploaded a font through SE73 (YTIMES) and it had solved the issue in DEV. This was under a transport and this made it successfully into QA.But when I try to print in QA it still gives the small font.

Hi

I think problem is first of all you have to transport the form before u move the scripts

If you do the script first then font, it will not recognise the font..

so try to keep these two in one request and transport both together or save the form in new request and transport it again

I think it should solve ur prob
