Can we get the reports replaces with text in the place of Cleared/Open Items symbol?

When I extract report from FBL1N OR FBL3N, I get symbol of Cleared or Open.

Instead of that Symbol, can we get text replaced.

Bcoz these symbols are unnecessarily increasing the file size and making things complicated to work on excel

Hi,

There is no 'text' for this status in FBL3N layout. But, you can use some other identifier for separating open from clear item. For example, 'clearing document' field. If it's empty - the line is still open. If you produce the report of open items up to certain date, then use 'clearing date' field.
