Hi,
Ensure to have latest RSP version and PL installed. (currently 3.2 PL8).
If you click on "Execution failed" you should get an idea why it happened. More details you may find within the service log files:
%programdata%\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\Remote Support Platform\Service
In case you cannot get it resolved, open an incident with SAP. Use component SBO-RSP.
