Not Able to Create Transformation

Hai Guys,

I am trying to load Excel data into a CUBE. When i am trying to apply transformation to the CUBE there is a message comming as " Transformation Does Not Exist".

In the Long Text """" <b>Message no. RSTRAN010</b> """"" and Diagnosis """""""<b>The transformation specified by transformation ID , source and target , does not exist</b>."""

I have checked my Servive Pack also and it is SP 11.. Can some one please help me out.
