problem in cube.

I am using a ZCUBE which is getting data from an ZODS.(full upload)

in ZODS tha data is correct but wen i check it in cube its getting double enteries.

as cube doesnt overrite the values ,it simply appends.

how i can correct it.

shud i delete the data and upload it again

There must be at least one different Characteristic to distinguish one record from the other (at least Request ID). In order to delete Data from InfoCubes (selectively) use ABAP Report RSDRD_DELETE_FACTS (be carefull it does not request any confirmation as in RSA1 ...).

Hi

you didnot set delta setup for your data source??if you set this,you can have delta options in ods and cube...

Or if you want to do always full loads,then go for 'delete overlapping request' option.

Before loading data from ods to cube delete the data and load the data and recreate indexes...you better put all these in a proces chain and shcedule it

i think duplication record takes place just check whether there is any contradiction in update rule.
