Prefill 'Most frequently used' in LPD_CUST

Hello all,

Please can you point me to any documentation on the use of the Prefill 'Most frequently used' option in Menu Extras in LPD_CUST? I thought that by ticking a couple of applications like in the screenshots below, I would have the respective applications in my services lane

Specific services are flagged, entered (green tick), and the ESS MENU saved.

The following message is then displayed, suggesting it cannot save the changes, so not sure if saving is applicable anyway.

1. In ESS , the My Services lane (summary view) is still blank when the user accesses it for the first time.
2. 

Not sure if I am missing something obvious here but I haven't found any instructions on how to achieve having some prefilled applications under "My Services"

Just wrapped a project where we "forced" the MFU options on a custom lane we called "Quick Links". I had to hunt down "where" that info is stored (tables) and manipulate them directly to get the desired effect we wanted. I wrote a nice little program to handle all of it (setting, reseting, etc).

Now, the big thing to remember is that the MFU is by user. So we had a "template" user we created, set their lane up as we wanted, and then had the program "copy" the same values for all other users (or selection) of users/employees that we wanted.

I did not see that menu option in our system so no info on "how" it works...but in the end, I think my program was much more flexible.
