Cannot delete PO

Hi,

I have a PO which needs to be deleted but the system doesn't allow it. The PO's were created as 'Held'. The PO's hence cannot be deleted. I also cannot set the 'Delivery Completed' indicator.

I do not want to set the deletion flags directly in EKKO table.

Any ideas.

Hi

'Delivery Completed' indicator can be set for the Held PO also.

However eleminate the Held reason by entering appropriate data and then try to set 'Delivery Completed' indicator.

You can select the line and delete, even for Held also.

Hi ,

Go to change mode (ME22N) you will be able to mark the PO line items as deleted once you remove and save the PO.
