FPRUNX 001 error, ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101).

Hello Everyone,

I Configured a custom Adobeform for the PO Approval for external send. When PO is approved using the transaction ME29N, the PO PDF form is send to the configured email in the external send.

Not all the times sometimes the PO approval is getting update terminated and not approved and in the SM13 log it is giving the following error message. After sometime if I approves the same PO it is getting approved.

Error details

Class: FPRUNX Number: 001

ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101).

I am not able to replicate the issue since it is not happening always. I don't know when the issue reappears again. Please help.

Hello,
This is only general error and it is not easy to find what can be a root cause.
Try to generate ADS log as per KBA below and find more information inside:
