I am using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services Version: 14.1.1.210 and was getting my directory updates from 3rd party named Canesca LLC. They are now out of business and their page at http://canesca.com/closed/ says to contact SAP directly. I need to know the new process of obtaining updated US Directories from my SAP Product.
Contact your local SAP AE. (S)he will make you a subscription offer for the right to download your address directory updates from SAP Service Marketpalce.
