is it possible to Uprgrading BW 3.0 to BI 7.0

Hi Gurus,

is it possible to direct upgrading like bw3.0 -> bi7.0 or i need to follow

the path like bw 3.0->3.5->7.0 ?

for any type of upgrading (bw 3.0->3.5 or 3.5->7.0) should i need to upgrade APO 3.1 ?
