Hi All,

What is the method used for upload of Data from excel spread sheets to SAP HR.

it is Bulk Data from many countries.LSMW or BDC Session Method?

what are country specific infotypes used for PA and OM.

can u plz give the list of country specific infotypes used for PA n OM Module.

Hi Archana,

This is Srikanth, To upload the bulk data we are using LSMW,BDC also. But Efficient way is using BDC Session Method, If small data we are using Call Transaction Mehod.

In each Country diff payroll structures will be there. Based on that we are using Infotypes. If suppose In India Molga is 40. Based on that we are using.

Hi Archana,

To Upload bulk data I think BDC is the best and effecient way.

Regarding Infotypes we dont have any country specific Infotypes in OM & PA. In Payroll we do have according to country wise.

Country wise upload i.e same program for all country wise employee data.

how data should be upload for many countries are there.

the excel spread sheet must have the personnel nos. so that upload will be easy?
