Transfer posting

Hi,

We wish to transfer the material through 311 from warehouse to store. For this we mention process order to get reference but system is throwing error that process order status is created. We wish to transfer the material ignoring this error. Please suggest.

Already tried but through MF60 u did not get order number reference after transfer

Try to explore MF60 (material staging) to transfer the component materials with reference to the process order.

In the standard system it is not possible to post any goods movement to a production order that is not released. You can try to change the status CRTD in transaction BS22 to allow a goods movement to be posted, but then it is a modification with far reaching effects and I would not recommend it, since users will be able to consume components for the order before it is released.

No we dont want to release the process order due to pharma requirement.

Hi ,
Could you Please Release the Process Order & then try to do transfer posting
Step for the Release of the Process Order
T code : COR2
Enter the Process Order Number, Press Enter
Now, In the Change mode of the process Order, you can Release it, by just click on the Release Flag ( Green Flag),
Then Save

Once the Process Order gets the Release Status, proceed with your Transfer Posting
