Hi
We have confired alert framework for sending mails for errors in XI. It was working fine till now and is in production system. Now we are getting error" BCS exception (OSERR_BCS) occurred" when we check the log. What could be possible reason of failure.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
i.e. Business Communication Service is not working as per the requirements. So try to check in the tcodes sconnect & sost. Probalbe in SCONNEXT you will mention you mail server probable your maill server ip changed.
