storage location assignment in the plant

Dear Experts,

i would like to know about the assignment of multiple storage locations to a material.

i know the way of T-code mmsc. i want assign storage location to a material to the possible locations in the plant.

is there any way for multiple storage locations assignment to any material rather than t-code MMSC.

second one is how to upload the material stocks(stock balance update) with batch number?

i know one possible way.MBIC(561) is there any way for bulk uploading of stock update?
