SolMan New Document upload Error "File Mandatory"

Hi I'm trying to uplaod a Word File into SolMan 7.2 Solution Documentation and I'm getting flowing Error Message

Does any one know what to do?

We encountered with the same issue and sent incident to SAP, if shortly:

In transaction VSCANPROFILE Virus Scan Profile /SIHTTP/HTTP_UPLOAD was activated.

But in transaction VSCAN there is no any Virus Scan Provider. Thats why upload wasn't working.

In VSCANPROFILE I cleared out corresponding checkbox (tickbox) in column "Active", saved changes - and thats all - problem was resolved.
