SAP BOE License Issues

Hi All,

We are facing issues while applying license in SAP BOE System.

Env -> Solaris/BOE 4.1 SP7/Oracle RAC

While adding to Service Market place we are facing issue

In the attached CMC Screen shot License one.

We have taken the key from old data center and applied it( This is related to data center migration.Data has been migrated & we build the systems.Temporary license has been applied.) My question when the old system if they decommissioned.Our running New system will go down ?Pleas clarify my doubt.

How many license types will be there in Bobj ?

Apart from the standered license do we need to apply other ones.

How license is calculated based on users ?.

No, it will not. They are 2 different systems right.

How many license types will be there in Bobj ? - Concurrent license and CPU based license. Based on the screenshot, it looks like you have CPU based license

Apart from the standered license do we need to apply other ones. - It depends on which product you buy.

How license is calculated based on users ?. - Since you have CPU based license, there will not any restrictions on users sessions.

As per your Answer : Ours is CPU Based License.

How to calculate this one Do we need to count No: of CPU in the Solaris ?

We have taken the old license key that env was different & this env was different how does it will interlink if it.

When we try to register an entry in Market place it was not able to register & we cant generate new license for our environment

i have attached the screen shot it was showing that number of licenses remaining was 0 .

what is this zero ?
