QUERY DESIGNER

HI,

I designed a query which will display the planned costs for the projects upto last month starting from last year Jan.

I did like this

Filter:

Fiscal year variant(calender year,4 spec:periods)

Fiscal year( restricted to 2006 and 2007)

Columns:

Cal.year/month(Not assigned : exclude from selection)

This is working well but its is displaying the values for future months also, a macro is written and all the future motnhs r being deleted.But i want this to achieved in query itself without any display for future months.

can u help me how this can be acheived.
