SAP BO Instance Manager: Missing Recurring Report Schedules

Environment:

SAP BO 4.1 SP6

Hi All,

We have multiple Webi report schedules in our environment and when we look at Instance manager for recurring instances not all of them are listed. Any pointer on why this would happen. Through Query builder we can retrieve all the recurring instances including the ones that are not shown in instance manager. We are using a user id with Admin rights to extract these details in parallel.

Please share any inputs.

did you see any next page option in instance manager on the top right corner of the IM window? Or if you know the owner of the schedule or public folder where these recurring schedule exists, filter them in instance manager?

And finally which browser are you using? IE or FF or Chrome?

Thank you for sharing your input.

• Yes, I see the next page option and browsed through all the pages but could not find the missing recurring report schedule instances
• Also I have tried to filter based on Owner/Parent Folder options available in Instance Manager, but did not get any result
• I am using Firefox ver 53.0

As mentioned earlier the missing recurring report schedules are active and relevant details could be extracted from Query builder tool, but they are not getting displayed in Instance Manger.

I remember a problem in BI4.1 in which the Instance Manager would only show the first page of results. I thought it was fixed prior to SP06 but I could be wrong.

If you filter by Next Run Date to reduce the results, do you see the missing ones?
