ITS : Server is set up but still unable to navigate to transaction screen

Hello All,

We are in the process of configuring IC Web Client, and we have set up an ITS server for the same. However, still when we click on any transaction (like Lead or Sales Order or Service Order) on the Web Client, the following error message comes:

<b>Navigation is not possible as there is not any business transaction</b>

Are there any settings/ configuration that needs to be done to achieve the result.
