VA02 Sales order change

Hi,

In SAP T- Code VA02 is One option in Sale TAB is Order Reason is multiple option when i scroll down.

But my Question is If i assign Order Reason in one Sale order .

second time no person should be change this order Reason .

Please give Authorization Details how i Set authorzation Level or any other option.
