Usage data in CCLM Solution Manager 7.2

Hi!

We are currently upgrading to SolMan7.2 SPS4 and we are facing some challenges in the CCLM dashboard, as no usage data is available. Data is send via the extractors into the direct update DSO 0SM_UPLDD, which is included in the MP 0SM_UPLMD. It is possible to see the data and everything looks okay, but there is no usage data available in the dashboard. When looking at the setup it looks like the collector jobs are set to run on the system, but they are not actually running. Maybe this could be the problem.

Could anyone give a hint on where the problem might be?

Was the issue with the Last Usage collector? Was you able to fix that? Could you please provide details?
