Hi All,

I would like to know that from where we get the message while creating PO that Purchase Order ______ has been created.

The reason bein Unexpected information message when creating a srm po.

Hi

<b>Couple of reasons can be possible for the Message in SRM system.</b>

1) Either the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI in SE18 Transaction has implmented wrongly for the customer implementation.

2) either due to bug in system, due to some wrongly applied / missing OSS note.

3) Error in maintaining messages in SPRO Configuration.

Path ->

<u>Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-application Basic Settings -> Message control -> Influence Message Control.</u>

4) Attributes of User are missing in PPOMA_BBP.

<b>Incase nothing helps, try de-activating all the custom BADI Implementation (Strating with Y and Z) in SE19 Transaction and then again try in SRM.</b>

Please raise an OSS message with SAP as well.

Please mail me the details what is happening in your system, in the form of screenshots of SPRO Message settings, and the custom BADI code in SE19 for BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI to my email id.

Based on that we need to checkout the exact reasons behind this.
