Support team mapping for IT service request

Hi

we have CRM for ITSM, and we configure IT service request in system we need to configure each service request to be assigned automatically to a certain support team when the end user click SAVE.


how I can do this?

    Hi Saqer,

    You can use post-processing framework (actions) for that or order_save BADI to implement your custom logic.
