Bapi or Function Module to Update a SHIPMENT VT03N

Hi ,

I need to update the partners in a shipment if there is a FM or a bapi to do the same and if implemented please reply. I have a BAPI BAP_SHIPMENT_CHANGE if anyone has implemented the same please do let me know.
