ADC notes(Note 910681 - Legal changes on Additional Duty of Custom)

Hi,

My querstion is for Applying ADC,First we have to Apply the notes and then we can go for configuring part right like a) creating Data base element and DDIC changes and creating views and then we can create Condition type.

Pls guide me how to do it.

This is urgent.
