How to reconcile Qty in subcontracting with payment of ED

Hi Friends,

With the payment of duties

1. creation of challan(J1IF01) is required ?

2. then when to go for J1IS.

3. If so How to reconcile qties.

4. or the process same as for subcontracting without payment of duty.

it would be appreciated if the process is given in detail (only with duty payment).
