Can not import transport in phase ACT_700.

Dear all,

We are upgrading our QAS system.

We have reach "ACT_700" phase without error and are wanted to import

transports to correct SPDD phase before carry on.

(Those transports have been created durring our last upgrade of DEV

system).

Problem is that we can not import our transports in the shadow

instance. How can we manage to import our transports in order to carry

on in the upgrade ?
