Creating an enhancement spot

Dear friends,

Please can anybody help me! I have to create an "enhancement spot", but i'm having a problem, after that i created an "enhancement sopt" (T-code SE18) and implemented (T-code SE19). When i execute the program it gives a problem in the method "CALL METHOD cl_exithandler=>get_instance" (SY-SUBRC = 4). in the debug mode I verify that the system do not insert the name of the interface in the table "sxs_inter". Does anybody know because that this happening? if somebody can send me the steps for the creation of the " enhancement spot " I would thank!
