visial composer in design there is no block

Hello friends when i click on design tab in visual composer story board there is no block i.e nothing is there what i have to do .

do you have both Adobe SVG Viewer and MSXML parser installed?

Also tell me what do you see in the layout tab?

You have to add your portal address to your security zone (confidential sites).

What do you mean with "there is no block"?

do you mean an IView ? you need to add these yourself.
