    Hi Priyanka

    it's exactly in that way.

I was able to get the CRM Telesales certification after one year i was working on SAP.

In effect there are subcategories; maybe u listed all of them.

    bye

      Helo folks,

Read the course material CR100 & CR410. Understand the concept and business flow and focus on exercises.

Hope you will get it. Good luck.

    Hi Priayanka,

Yes you are true that for CRM there are other applications like Mobile Sales, Field Sales, Internet Sales and Marketing and Customer INteraction Centre (CIC). While Analytics are meant for BW guys, CRM offers a flexible and robust touch points for the consumer.

But I am not sure, if you have 1 year r/3 experience and wating to change the field to CRM. CRM as a module works fine when the whole economy is good, unlike R/3 which is a need based ERP from the clients perspective.

    Good Luck

    Hi Priyanka,

Did you write CRM certification yet? If so, can you give me some guidelines OR model questions.

    Thanks in advance,

    Rajan
