I don't think it is possible with single step TOs because the LTAP entry has a reference to the delivery line item it is for. You can try 2 step picking, but I am not sure (guessing here) it will be of any real benefit to you because, it will combine the actual pick, but will need a second confirmation for each line item.
From a business perspective there are several solutions that would need custom reports or programming. For instance you can use a custom sort in the pick list that groups materials together. On the other extreme, you can write a custom picking frontend that can group the picks together for the user and deal with the multi-line complexity in the background keeping the complexity away from the user.
