Hi Vikram,
Please make sure TOR is switched off at the requirements class level. As it is the main control you can only fine tune the same at the schedule line level.Hope this will solve your problem.
Thanks

Hello Vikram,
you might review the note 744305, which contains the possible workaround.

well , to block requirements you need to block this on the checking rule and requirement type. check which requirement types are used and make the blocks accordingly. this should take some through testing for all the senarios.
Reward points if this helps
Thanks,

Hi,
Please check Blocking reasons/ criteria in the Transfer of requirements. Here you can define that the confirmation of stock to be blocked in case of credit limit. Path for this configuration is SD - Basic functions -Availability check and transfer of requirement - transfer of requirement - Block Quantity confirmation in delivery blocks.
Let me know if it helps.
Reward in case the suggestion is helpful.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Vikram,
you should try using the routine 101 assigned in t-code OVB8. This routine controls the transfer of requirements. You can see if the routine helps you or copy the routine and do your own checks.
See if this helps you,
