Hello Raj,
With the follwing function module you can delete the BOM directly. No need of deletion from CS02 or anywhere. The bom will be deleted with complete History.
Execute from SE37.
Function Module:
CM_DB_DEL_FROM_ROOT_BOM
Please rewards your points if this is helpful.

Hi,
You can delete the BOM thro CS02 and receipe thro C202
Go to header and delete.
But if you want to delete the BOM permanently then the BOM should be archived
This will remove the datas from database.
for this archiving this bom and receipe should not be used in any open process orders

Hi,
For Archiving, you can have a look at archive object CS_BOM.

BOM Deletion - Transaction CS02, open the BOM header view and select menu "Material BOM > Delete.
Recipe Deletion - Transaction C202, select the recipe header and delete.
These will only be marked for deletion and if a user uses these, the users will be warned that these are marked for deletion.
If your want to permenantly delete Archiving is the only way as per my knowledge.
Hope this helps you.
