Default Number Ranges

hi folks,

Is there any way we can default the "Internal Number Range" in the 'Grouping' field of Business Partner maintenance screen?

When user creates the BP, he should see "Internal Number Range" in the "Grouping" field. Currently, it is empty and and BP is saved even if it is empty. Or can we make the field mandatory?
